1994 Essex Mirage Open Bow 22ft boat, 5.7 mercruiser & alpha one outdrive with matching trailer. I’ll start by saying I’m OCD & this boat has been overly maintained. Eddie’s inboard marine serviced it every year, recently doing the oil, gear lube, impeller, bellows, gimbal bearing, bunch of seals. All with receipts. Trailer was serviced as well with all new carpeted bunks, wheel bearings, tires and seals. Interior is near perfect, literally nothing else to do maintenance wise, flawless & lake ready. Power hatch, dual battery setup, kicker 6x9 speakers, stainless prop, prop saver, outdrive cooler, depth finder, matching bimini cover & matching boat cover. Will include everything on the boat as far as buoys, ropes life jackets ETC. Has never let us down, planned on keeping for many years but life happens. No hour meter but used 2-3 times a year in parker / havasu, paperwork & titles on boat & trailer.
