Truly one of a kind Cougar Sport Skier. Have to see to appreciate. This boat was custom ordered with these colors by the original owners in Lake Shasta in 1994. There are other 20.5's, but none like this. Designed for both aggressive buoy-carving and casual family cruising, the hull is engineered to track straight and slice through corners without sacrificing stability. Handles rough water surprisingly well given it's shallow-er hull. Has a Merc 305 (5.0) and Alpha One combo, 51-53mph boat with current prop. All Gaffrig gauges, decent stereo. Pros: Recently tuned up, new plugs, wires, distributor, thermostat, coil, oil change, trim fluid, power steering fluid, drive fluid, impeller (last year) steering and shift / throttle cables were done a few years ago. Everything functions great, maliciously maintained every season. Cons: -Trim gage doesn't work, needs a new sending unit and I haven't fixed it yet / Trim button falls out of the throttle handle. Needs to be glued. -Speedometer has never worked, I was going to add a GPS one and never did.
